As this new and exciting industry emerges, entrepreneurs are flocking to the business, fueling its growth with fresh ideas and innovation that will shape the industry for years to come. Here’s what we know: By this time in 2018, marijuana will be legal for recreational use throughout the entire country of Canada. In the US, 8 states have made it legal to possess and use marijuana recreationally, with another 21 or so states which have broadly legalized marijuana for medical use. That trend is going to continue, as we’re seeing a great paradigm shift in how the drug is viewed from both an ethical and socio-economic perspective.

The question isn’t if there will be a billion dollar marijuana industry, it’s when. Part of our mission is to help the common investor decipher some of the uncertainties that surround the industry, so that they can make well informed investment decisions when looking at cannabis stocks and investment opportunities. We aim to be the lighthouse in a dawning industry!

We are firm believers that there is incredible wealth to be made from not just medical marijuana and recreational marijuana, but from the hemp industry in general. The number of products that can be derived from the cannabis plant is vast and mostly untapped because of the negative stigma that plant has carried with it for so long. As that stigma is dissipating, the opportunities for business are endless.

As the first group of companies went public in the last few years, the question on everyone’s mind is who will be the big players 4-5 years from now. As most investors know, nobody can be 100% certain who those players will be, but with the right actionable investment intelligence, you can be one step ahead of the game!
